Work environment
This job is remotely based but significant office time is needed to support colleagues and interact with other parts of the organisation. Travel is required, maybe 1-2 days a week, and can include overnights. Traveling domestically on an as needed basis. International travel maybe 5 times per year.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Sales Executive SaaS, you will drive Qbtech's market expansion by shaping sales strategy, scaling enterprise processes, and optimizing customer success. You will lead data-driven initiatives that enhance client acquisition and retention while ensuring sales and performance metrics align with business goals. This role focuses on structuring and improving processes, collaborating cross-functionally, and supporting key market development initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Market Expansion: Design and implement scalable sales processes for enterprise healthcare clients.
- Performance Metrics & Accountability: Establish KPIs and tracking systems to measure sales success and customer impact.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, upselling, and renewals.
- Process Optimization: Develop efficient workflows, sales forecasting models, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Clinical, and Marketing, to align customer success with business goals.
- Customer Engagement: Lead client onboarding, implementation, and relationship management for enterprise healthcare accounts.
