As Head of Technical Support, I am dedicated to providing exceptional service, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring smooth operations across our teams. I am passionate about our mission to improve ADHD diagnosis and treatment, and I am proud that our company holds ISO 13485 certification, which reflects our commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards for medical devices and healthcare solutions.
