HR Business Partner – Be the Heart of Our HR Strategy!

About the Role

As our HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our HR strategy. You will provide expert HR support both locally and across our international offices, ensuring that employees and managers receive the guidance they need. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of operational HR tasks, strategic projects, and fostering a strong company culture.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Compensation & Benefits

• Act as the payroll coordinator, ensuring seamless payroll administration.
• Lead the annual salary review, benchmarking processes and new EU regulations.
• Provide first-line advice on employee benefits for both employees and managers.

- HR Administration & Compliance

• Maintain and update correct employee records (contracts, CVs, reference checks, etc.)
• Serve as the super-user for the HR system.

- Business Partnering & Employee Relations

• Act as a trusted advisor for managers on all HR-related matters.
• Provide consultative support to managers and employees in HR processes.

- HR Projects & Initiatives

• Drive and support key HR projects such as Onboarding, Employer Branding, Culture, Performance Management etc.
• Contribute to the execution of annual HR processes.

- Recruitment & Onboarding

• Support managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with pre-boarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Office & Events

• Help plan and execute the annual Company Days.
• Oversee office management for the Stockholm office.

What You Bring

• Education & Experience:
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a broad HR Business Partner role.
  • Proven ability to support and coach managers on both operational and strategic HR issues in an international environment.
  • Strong expertise in Swedish Compensation & Benefits and preferably experience with UK, US, or other European country.
  • Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law (and ideally labor laws from other European countries).
• Skills & Competencies:
  • A professional and collaborative approach with strong communication skills.
  • A trustworthy and proactive mindset.
  • High-quality awareness and commitment to delivering thorough, accurate results.
  • A structured, solution-oriented way of working.
  • Confidence in handling HR issues and providing effective support.
• Language Requirements:
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
