About The Role

As Engineering Manager, you will have complete responsibility for leading and managing a team of Frontend Engineers, driving the development of our web and mobile applications. In this role, you’ll combine leadership with hands-on contributions in close collaboration with the team, supporting the team’s progress both strategically and operationally.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Lead team growth, performance, and collaboration to build a strong engineering culture.

• Uphold engineering excellence by refining workflows, ensuring security, and fostering accountability.

• Build, review, and maintain software architecture and deployment.

Key qualifications

• A degree in software engineering, computer science or a related field.

• Extensive client applications (Web or Mobile) software development skills, preferably with cross-platform development

• Proven experience in a leadership role

• Proven record of designing and implementing technical solutions

• Experience in leading teams through transformation processes

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

If you have prior experience from companies working in industries with high security requirements or from med-tech, it is highly meritorious.
