As the Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll own four critical areas—Attribution Modelling, Data Hygiene, Salesforce, and our Tech Stack—to ensure our tools and data drive success.

What success looks like for this role in 2025
- You’ve built and maintained a robust attribution model and marketing operations framework that enables seamless collaboration between marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Our marketing tech stack is fully optimised and supports seamless workflows across the business.
- Data is clean, consistent, and a reliable foundation for all marketing activities.
- Salesforce is running like a well-oiled machine, with clear and effective processes in place.
Who you are
You thrive on attribution modelling:
- You’ll own the entire attribution process, making sure data flows seamlessly across platforms and delivering consistent, accurate tracking.
- You’ll implement and refine tracking systems that give marketing, sales, and leadership the insights they need to succeed.
- Creating workflows across Salesforce, WP Forms, and other platforms is your thing - everything integrates perfectly when you’re in charge!
You’re a Salesforce & Pardot pro
- You know Salesforce inside-out and can act as the go-to expert for Salesforce marketing workflows and processes.
- You’ll ensure Salesforce and Pardot run smoothly, making everyone’s jobs easier by streamlining processes and integrations into the broader marketing ecosystem.
- When people have questions about Salesforce workflows, they come to you—and you have the answers.
You’ve managed superior tech stacks
- You’re the one who makes sure our tools (Salesforce, SEMrush, Pardot, Crazy Egg, and others) are working together and supporting business objectives.
- Spot inefficiencies? No problem—you’ll identify them and create solutions that make our marketing team more productive and effective.
- You love digging into the tech stack to find ways to improve it, recommend new tools, and optimise workflows for maximum impact.
You love data (and know what to do with it)
- Keeping our data clean and consistent is your top priority. You’ll handle data normalisation, segmentation, and enrichment with ease.
- You’ll lead efforts to maintain database health and ensure we can rely on our data to make smart marketing decisions.
Ensuring data flows accurately between marketing, sales, and leadership is where you shine—you know how to keep everything aligned
Competency Required for Position
- Proficiency in managing and integrating marketing tools like Salesforce, WP Forms, and LinkedIn. Knowledge of Pardot and marketing automation tools is essential.
- Methodical, detail-oriented, and data-minded, with a passion for streamlining workflows and solving problems.
- Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams and enjoys enabling others to succeed.
- Skilled at designing, documenting, and improving workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Tackles inefficiencies or data issues proactively, delivering effective and creative solutions.
- Expertise in marketing platforms like Salesforce and Pardot, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise tech stack functionality.
Qualifications Required for Position
- 3+ years in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related role.
- Recent hands-on expertise with Salesforce (Marketing and Sales Cloud).
- Demonstrated success managing and integrating marketing tech stacks.
- Pardot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and WP Forms.
- Familiarity with database management, data segmentation, and attribution modelling.
Work Environment
This job requires 3 fixed days in the office in our Chiswick location.
