Qbtech is present in 14 countries with offices in Stockholm, London and Houston. Over the next years, Qbtech will make significant investments into new products, technologies and people to further strengthen their services and product offerings with the aim of building an ecosystem with solutions for providers, clinicians and patients.
We are now looking for an experienced and driven HR Generalist to join our global HR team and take on a central role in our London office. You will have local colleagues from our marketing and sales team, and remote HR colleagues in Stockholm and Houston.
About the role
The HR Generalist UK will be a pivotal member of our global HR team, contributing to Qbtech's mission to transform healthcare. This role focuses on HR administration, employee support and compliance while overseeing office management and helping out with some customer management and general accounting.
You will have the opportunity to drive impactful HR projects, engage with employees and managers. We are looking for someone who thrives being part of an exciting journey shaping Qbtechs future going forward.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
· Responsible for UK comp & ben and general HR administration
· Being the HR go-to person for UK managers and employees ( for example recruitment, onboarding, HR support)
· Being part of leading global HR projects (global kick off, employer branding, recruitment etc)
· Responsible for UK labour law compliance
· Being part of driving the HR agenda in Qbtech
· Responsible for the London office management (work environment, events, wellbeing etc)
· Supporting the sales and finance department with customer management (customer requests, CRM entry/updating, overdue payments) and general accounting

We are looking for someone who has
· BA/BS degree or similar
· 3-5 years’ experience in HR admin including Comp&Ben
· Minimum 1 year of experience in office management
· Experience in supporting employees and managers in operational HR matters
· Experience of working closely with the Finance and sales department
· Fluent in English in both speech and writing
All Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the UK, without sponsorship.
We offer a a flexible workplace with at least 3 days in the office.
