Qbtech seeks a masters-level psychologist, psychometrist and/or mental health clinician to join our US Commercial Operations team as a Clinical Advisor, supporting the growth of ADHD testing programs for clinical practices in Psychiatry, Psychology, Neurology and Pediatrics.
As clinical account managers and consultative partners to Qbtech’s current and prospective customers, Clinical Advisors drive the successful adoption, implementation and utilization of FDA-cleared QbCheck and QbTest, by:
Designing clinical implementation plans to optimize efficiency and standardization in the diagnostic and treatment pathways for ADHD.
Installing QbTest hardware at customer locations and ensuring full functionality.
Training and certifying both clinical and administrative stakeholders on clinical utilization of Qbtech products. Focus on quality assurance, user education, and clinical optimization.
Provide ongoing interpretation and clinical support for data integration into diagnosis and treatment pathways.
Acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as sales and medical/research to drive product development and ensure service excellence.
The ideal candidate is highly relational and solutions-oriented, offering deep clinical acumen, an interest in neuropsychology, extensive knowledge of ADHD and other behavioral health disorders, and experience conducting psychological assessments.
This remote, travel-intensive role must be based in the Central or Mountain time zone, within one hour of a major airport. Qbtech is not currently considering candidates based in the Eastern or Pacific time zones unless they are interested in & available for relocation.

Qualifications For Ideal Fit:
Must be trained to make a diagnosis of ADHD including but not limited to knowledge of DSM-V diagnostic criteria and relevant professional standards.
Masters' Degree in a discipline related to Mental Health, Behavioral Health or Cognitive Science.
Active Licensure or License Eligibility in Psychology, Mental or Behavioral Health, preferred.
1 to 3 years of clinical experience in cognitive/psychological assessment for and diagnosis of behavioral health disorders.
Strong presentation, product demonstration, and training skills including adaptability to various professional audiences and environments
Excellent communication, listening, and negotiating skills, including the ability to anticipate objections and respond accordingly.
Clean Driver’s Record: Active and Valid driver’s license
Able to pass a background check
Active US Passport (For international travel to corporate offices in Sweden)
Work environment:
This position is remote, with approximately 40% of the job occurring in the home office and up to 60% domestic travel to fun and exciting clinics.
Travel may include overnights for periods of up to 2-3 days per week. and availability for travel should be 2-3 days a week. Travel can include driving, domestic flying, and international flying 1-2 times per year.

Compensation:
This position is compensated on a base + bonus basis, with an annual base salary in the range of $64-72k, and bonus potential of up to 10% after the first full year of employment. Qbtech offers a comprehensive benefits suite, including 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision insurance for employee-level coverage, and an IRA with a 3% matching contribution.
