About the Role
The primary responsibility of the Customer Support Specialist is to handle customer inquiries & complaints related to Qbtech’s products, and to manage the medical device production (system preparation & logistics). Customer communication is through a ticketing system and a phone line (switchboard). System preparation includes quality checks of software & equipment by following well established processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Technical support and troubleshooting for customers, minimizing turnaround time for inquiries and complaints
- Running quality control checks on systems and equipment following SOP protocol
- Timely shipping of customer systems and equipment
- Management of systems inventory & purchasing
- Independent decision making for internally defined level 1 & 2 tickets
Requirements
- First and second line technical/customer support experience
- Strong organization, communication, and documentation abilities
- 2 years skills experience or academic work in Information Technology or Information Systems
- 2 years Ticket management experience
- 2 years customer service (business to business)
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Completely office based role.
