About the role
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is solutions oriented, evidence based yet innovative and has a strong background in psychology, mental health and counseling with expertise in ADHD evaluation and treatment.
Providing service excellence to new and existing clinical practices, such as Pediatricians, Psychiatrists, Neurology, Psychology. This hybrid role will spend half of their time with clinical advisor responsibilities (Approx. 20 hours/week) and half of their time with sales responsibilities (Approx. 20 hours/week).
Essential Duties and responsibilities
The Clinical Advisor will be responsible for expanding customer’s knowledge of appropriate applications, usage and training of the products and services provided by Qbtech, including QbTest and QbCheck. Individual will be meeting with customers and potential customers both in person and via virtual communication.
Responsible for the generation of new business in medical offices treating and managing ADHD and hitting annual sales quotas. Weekly activities will include selling QbTest to psychiatrists, pediatricians, Neurologists and GP’s. This position will work close together with our Clinical Advisor team in the US to help clinicians resolve clinical process issues as it relates to objective testing for ADHD.

We are looking for someone who has
- Must be trained to make a diagnosis of ADHD including but not limited to knowledge of DSM-V diagnostic criteria and relevant professional standards
- Masters Degree or higher in field of Mental or Behavioral Health
- License or License Eligible in Psychology, Mental or Behavioral Health
- Strong presentation and training skills including adaptability to various professional environments
- Excellent communication, listening and negotiating skills
- 1 year clinical experience in diagnosis and assessment of mental health disorders
- 1 year experience in cognitive assessment and/or research preferred
- 1 year of experience in outside sales preferred
- Clean Driver’s Record: Active and Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a background check
40% of the job is work from home office or satellite office. 60% domestic travel required, may be 2-3 days a week and can include overnights. Travel includes driving to and from trainings and meetings. Flying domestically on a regular basis. International travel may be 2-4 times per year
